The DAW-200 Professional Wine Display Cabinet is a refrigerated wine display cabinet designed to display and store bottles at serving temperature in a compact format. It is used by venues offering wine by the glass, gourmet shops and hotels that need a service display cabinet next to the bar or in the dining room.

What the DAW-200 Professional Wine Display Cabinet offers

The DAW-200 measures 600 × 650 × 900 mm (width, depth and height), has a working range of +2°C +18°C and a volume of 120 litres. It also holds 26 bottles and features 2 shelves and a cooling capacity of 304 W. It further incorporates R290 refrigerant and climate class 4 30°C 55%.

A digital control manages the temperature with low consumption and the interior is designed to arrange the bottles visibly and neatly.

Construction and materials

There are a few construction details worth knowing. First, it features AISI-304 shelves with a wooden front, tilting at 20°. In addition, it has a fan-cooled condensing unit. It also includes a forced-draught evaporator with anti-corrosion epoxy coating. Finally, it comes with automatic shutdown of the forced-draught fans when the door is opened. All of this is designed for daily professional use and easy cleaning.

Typical applications

It is ideal for keeping the wines you serve most on show, displaying new arrivals in-store or complementing the main cellar with a service point close to the customer.

Options and configuration

It can also be configured with: additional shelf, special shelf, set of 4 castors, set of 4 legs, stainless steel or lacquered exterior and 230v 60Hz / 115v 60Hz versions.

Installation and maintenance of the DAW-200 Professional Wine Display Cabinet

It only requires a power socket and a ventilated recess. The condenser and glass should be cleaned regularly to maintain performance and presentation. Location affects performance: avoid nearby heat sources and allow air to circulate through the condenser. Preventive maintenance (cleaning the condenser, checking the gaskets and defrost) prevents breakdowns and keeps energy consumption at catalogue values.

How to choose the right display cabinet

When choosing, consider bottle capacity, whether dual temperature is needed and the bar or counter space available. In the tabs on this page you will also find the full technical specifications, options and documentation for the DAW-200 to download.
