The DAW-400-NN Professional Wine Display Cabinet is a glass-door wine display cabinet that keeps bottles chilled and in view, ideal for the bar, counter or dining room. It is designed for bars, restaurants, hotels and shops that want to display chilled wine in a small space.

What the DAW-400-NN Professional Wine Display Cabinet offers

The DAW-400-NN measures 600 × 650 × 1545 mm (width, depth and height), with an operating range of +2°C +18°C and a volume of 240 litres. The temperature is set from a digital control; the interior lighting enhances the bottles and the glass prevents condensation in normal use.

Construction and materials

These are its most relevant construction features. First, it features dual LED 3000K interior lighting. It also has AISI-304 shelves with a wooden front, tiltable at 20°. In addition, it includes a ventilated condensing unit. Finally, it has a forced-draught evaporator with anti-corrosion epoxy coating. These are details you notice day to day: fewer breakdowns, faster cleaning and better product preservation.

Typical applications

It is used on or next to the bar for wine by the glass, in shops as a display unit for refrigerated selections and in hotels in bar and restaurant areas.

Options and configuration

Available options also include an additional shelf, special shelf, set of 4 castors, set of 4 legs, stainless steel or lacquered exterior and 230v 60Hz / 115v 60Hz.

Installation and maintenance of the DAW-400-NN Professional Wine Display Cabinet

Simple installation on a level surface, with space for ventilation. After that, periodic cleaning of the condenser and glass. As a general rule, leave a few centimetres of clearance around the condenser area, avoid direct exposure to sunlight or heat sources and do not obstruct the ventilation grilles. An annual inspection by the technical service extends the service life of the unit.

How to choose the right display cabinet

The choice depends on the number of bottles to be displayed, whether you serve both red and white wines, and the space available; countertop and upright formats are available.
