The AGWP-751-NI Professional Wine Cabinet is a refrigerated wine cabinet designed for display: controlled temperature, lighting and low-emissivity glass so that bottles can be seen without condensation. It is used by restaurants and wine bars offering wines by the glass, hotels with table service and shops that display chilled products.

What the AGWP-751-NI Professional Wine Cabinet offers

The AGWP-751-NI measures 680 × 860 × 2130 mm (width, depth and height), has an operating range of +2°C +18°C and a volume of 625 litres. It also holds 105 bottles on 6 shelves and has a cooling capacity of 502 W. It uses R290 refrigerant and is rated climate class 4 30°C 55%.

The temperature is set from a digital control; the low-emissivity glass door prevents condensation and the LED lighting enhances the bottles without heating them.

The -NI version has a stainless steel interior.

Construction and materials

Four design features make the difference. First, it features dual 3000K LED interior lighting. It also has AISI-304 shelves with a wooden front that tilt to 20°. In addition, it includes a ventilated condensing unit. Finally, it is fitted with a forced-draught evaporator with anti-corrosion epoxy coating. In short, the unit is designed to run many hours a day with minimal maintenance.

Typical applications

It is used to display and serve wine in restaurants, keep refrigerated selections in shops and organise the service cellar in hotels.

Options and configuration

The unit also accepts the following options: additional shelf, special shelf, set of 4 castors, set of 6 castors, set of 4 levelling feet, set of 6 levelling feet, stainless steel or lacquered exterior and 230v 60Hz / 115v 60Hz.

Installation and maintenance of the AGWP-751-NI Professional Wine Cabinet

It only needs a power socket and levelling. Leave ventilation space and clean the condenser and glass regularly to maintain temperature and presentation. If the unit is placed in the front-of-house area, it is advisable to keep it away from heat sources and direct sunlight, which force the refrigeration unit to work harder. Checking the condition of the gaskets and cleaning the condenser every few months keeps energy consumption low.

How to choose the right cabinet

When choosing, consider the bottle capacity, whether two temperatures are needed, the interior finish (black, stainless steel) and the space available. In addition, the tabs on this page provide the full technical specifications, the options and the documentation for the AGWP-751-NI, available for download.
