The CEVRW-620 Professional Wine Display Cabinet adds a wine display and service point without taking up the space of a large wine cabinet. It is designed for bars, restaurants, hotels and shops that want to display chilled wine in a small space.

What the CEVRW-620 Professional Wine Display Cabinet offers

The CEVRW-620 measures 620 × 578 × 1885 mm (width, depth and height), with an operating range of +4 +18°C and a volume of 236 litres. It also offers capacity for 85 bottles, 5 shelves and a cooling capacity of 236 W. In addition, it uses R600a refrigerant.

The temperature is set from a digital control; the interior lighting enhances the bottles and the glass prevents condensation in normal use.

Construction and materials

Four details stand out in its construction. First, two temperature ranges are available: Red Wine (+10°C +18°C) or White, Rosé and Brut Wine (+4°C +8°C). It also meets climate class 4 (30°C 55% RH). In addition, it includes a black plastic-coated steel exterior and interior. Finally, it is fitted with frameless hinged doors and a full glass front with minimal black RAL 9005 screen printing, a self-closing system and magnetic gasket (the door stays open when opened beyond 90°). These solutions are built to last in a demanding working environment.

Typical applications

It is used on or next to the bar for wine by the glass, in shops as a display unit for refrigerated selections and in hotels in bar and restaurant areas.

Options and configuration

The following can also be added to the standard configuration: fully lacquered exterior, additional shelf and castors (kit).

Installation and maintenance of the CEVRW-620 Professional Wine Display Cabinet

It only requires a power socket and a ventilated space. The condenser and glass should be cleaned regularly to maintain performance and presentation. For optimum performance, install the unit away from ovens and windows exposed to direct sunlight, respect the ventilation clearances and schedule condenser cleaning every three or four months; this is the maintenance task with the greatest impact on energy consumption.

How to choose the right display cabinet

Before deciding, consider how many bottles you want to display and where the unit will be placed; from there, you can choose the format, compartments and finish. In addition, the tabs on this page provide the full technical specifications, options and documentation for the CEVRW-620, available for download.
