The CEVRW-440 Professional Wine Display Cabinet is a refrigerated wine display cabinet designed to showcase and store bottles at serving temperature in a compact format. It is designed for bars, restaurants, hotels and shops that want to display chilled wine in a small space.

What the CEVRW-440 Professional Wine Display Cabinet offers

The CEVRW-440 measures 430 × 510 × 1815 mm (width, depth and height), with an operating range of +4 +18°C and a volume of 200 litres. It also offers capacity for 48 bottles, a cooling capacity of 205 W and R290 refrigerant.

The digital control maintains the serving temperature and the glass door makes the bottles visible. Depending on the model, there are versions with two compartments for two temperature ranges.

Construction and materials

Four details stand out in its construction. First, it features continuous vertical 3000K interior LED lighting, which improves bottle visibility. It also has fan-assisted refrigeration. In addition, it includes an automatic evaporation tray. Finally, it is fitted with digital temperature control with a high-temperature alarm. These solutions are built to last in a demanding working environment.

Typical applications

It is used to keep the best-selling wines in view, display new arrivals in-store or complement the main wine cellar with a service point close to the customer. These uses are not mutually exclusive: many venues combine storage and display in the same unit, making the most of the exterior finish and interior lighting.

Options and configuration

The following can also be added to the standard configuration: fully lacquered exterior, additional shelf and castors (kit).

Installation and maintenance of the CEVRW-440 Professional Wine Display Cabinet

It plugs into a standard socket and requires ventilation around the condenser. Maintenance: cleaning of the condenser, glass and shelves. For optimum performance, install the unit away from ovens and windows exposed to direct sunlight, respect the ventilation clearances and schedule condenser cleaning every three or four months; this is the maintenance task with the greatest impact on energy consumption.
