With the ARC-1P-PT Artisan Cabinet, production is stored directly on the trolley, with no need to transfer trays one by one. It is used by workshops that produce on trolleys and need positive or negative refrigeration without handling trays.

What the ARC-1P-PT Artisan Cabinet offers

The ARC-1P-PT measures 940 × 1045 × 2450 mm (width, depth and height), has an operating range of -2°C +8°C and a cooling capacity of 584 W. It also uses R290 refrigerant and is rated climate class 5 40°C 40%.

A digital control keeps the temperature stable and the defrost water evaporates automatically. The floor and door are designed for wheeling the trolley in.

The -PT version is fitted with a (panoramic) glass door to display the product.

Construction and materials

Typical applications

It allows production to be moved on trolleys without unloading trays, under controlled refrigeration. Every business adapts the unit to its own working routine, which is why the range offers several sizes and configurations within the same family.

Installation and maintenance of the ARC-1P-PT Artisan Cabinet

It requires a level floor for the trolley to roll in, a power socket and ventilation. Maintenance is limited to periodic cleaning. If the unit is placed in a front-of-house area, it is advisable to keep it away from heat sources and direct sunlight, which make the refrigeration unit work harder. Checking the condition of the gaskets and the cleanliness of the condenser every few months keeps consumption low.

How to choose the right cabinet
