{"id":5374,"date":"2026-10-12T00:55:58","date_gmt":"2026-10-11T22:55:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gourmetcoreco.com\/requisitos-a-proveedores\/"},"modified":"2026-10-12T01:31:18","modified_gmt":"2026-10-11T23:31:18","slug":"supplier-requirements","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/gourmetcoreco.com\/en\/requisitos-a-proveedores\/","title":{"rendered":"Supplier Requirements"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supplier Requirements<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>COMMUNICATION OF SERVICE PROVISION REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL <\/strong><strong>REQUIREMENTS TO SUPPLIERS, MAINTENANCE PROVIDERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dear Supplier,<br>One of the goals that CORECO, S.A. sets itself as a daily challenge is the continuous improvement of its ability to provide its Customers with better service and attention.<br>To achieve this goal, CORECO, S.A. has adapted its internal Management System based on the UNE-EN 9001:2015 standard, the UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 standard and OHSAS 18001:2007.<br>The capability of Suppliers is vitally important in meeting the requirements of CORECO, S.A.'s customers; for this reason, one of the requirements established by the Management System is the need to evaluate and select suppliers according to their ability to fulfil the commercial commitments they establish with CORECO, S.A.<br>In order to qualify you as Approved Suppliers of CORECO, S.A, you will be evaluated during the year on the basis of the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cost of the service\/product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality of the service\/product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speed of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval for food use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ISO 9001 certification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentation provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incidents detected in the supply or performance of the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All incidents or anomalies that occur will be recorded as Non-Conformities if deemed appropriate.<br>In view of the above, we hereby inform you that you will remain an approved supplier this year. However, the subsequent establishment of business relations will imply that you accept all the requirements specified in our orders or, where applicable, in the special conditions established.<br>Failure to perform (non-conformities) in any of these criteria will result in an assessment that could ultimately lead to your removal as an approved Supplier of CORECO, S.A.<br>Likewise, in compliance with the requirements of the reference standards and as a supplier, maintenance provider or subcontractor of our company, we hereby inform you of the minimum requirements that apply to you with regard to the provision of your service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL SUPPLIERS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The supplier undertakes to guarantee compliance with the requirements of the purchase order or external work order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The supplier is at all times obliged to comply with the legislation applicable to the service it is providing (authorisations or registrations as an authorised entity, technical inspections, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The supplier must apply the preventive measures necessary to avoid hazardous or emergency situations while carrying out the work entrusted to it, and must train and inform its staff about the work to be performed at our facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AT OUR FACILITIES (MAINTENANCE PROVIDERS)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The supplier must comply with the internal procedures that have been communicated to it regarding the company's Management System.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If waste has to be removed during the work, it shall be collected in suitable containers according to the<br>quantity to be removed. Full containers shall be removed by the company providing the service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not know what to do with any waste, waste effluent or anything else generated<br>while providing the service, please notify the person who attended to you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you detect any risk\/emergency situation, you must report it immediately to any member of<br>the company's staff or to the person who attended to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REQUIREMENTS TO BE EVIDENCED<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subcontractors: Before the service begins, our company's Quality, Environment<br>and OHS Department will inform you of the documentation to be submitted\/updated depending on the<br>work to be carried out, as well as the signing of the relevant data protection records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suppliers of goods: Product technical data sheets, CE marking of the product, warranty<br>certificate and certification according to UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 or other standards, if applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation and\/or maintenance of fire protection systems: Registration as an installation\/maintenance<br>company, Certification according to UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 or other standards, if applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hardware and maintenance providers: Report on the company's backups,<br>information on risks to the company and certification according to UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 or other standards if<br>applicable, as well as the signing of the relevant data protection records and updating of the<br>OHS documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation and\/or maintenance of air-conditioning systems: Registration as an installation\/maintenance<br>company, copies of the professional licences of the staff working at our facilities<br>and, in particular, evidence of personal certifications for handling fluorinated gases,<br>evidence of the management of waste handled during the service and certification according to UNE-EN-<br>ISO 9001:2015 if applicable, as well as the signing of the relevant data protection records<br>and updating of the OHS documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation and\/or maintenance of electrical systems: Registration as an installation\/maintenance company,<br>evidence of the management of waste handled during the service and certification according to UNE-EN-<br>ISO 9001:2015 if applicable, as well as the signing of the relevant data protection records<br>and updating of the OHS documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repair workshops: Registration as an authorised workshop, evidence of the management of waste<br>handled during the service and certification according to UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 if applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other types of suppliers (external prevention service, administrative agencies and consultancies, among others):<br>Provide evidence such as the above that is relevant to their activity and certification according to UNE-EN-ISO<br>9001:2015 if applicable, as well as the signing of the relevant data protection records.<br>Without further ado, please accept our kind regards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LUCENA, 18 December 2018.<br>Signed: Mr JOAQUIN ALBERTO PE\u00d1ALVER.
