The sausage curingis a traditional technique that has been handed down from generation to generation.
The process of stoving, fermentation and drying, results in a unique and highly prized product for consumption.
This process requires a dedicated space with controlled temperature and humidityas well as a specialised equipment.
In our experience, different customers need different configurations to get the same excellent end product.
