Orders must be placed in writing (letter, fax or e-mail). They must reflect the references of each product, as indicated in the current price list.

We reserve the right to accept orders from customers who are in breach of previous contracts. Any special conditions cited in the customer's order shall be null and void if they do not comply with these general terms and conditions of sale or if they are expressly accepted.

The prices in this list are retail prices (recommended) and are given in Euros. These prices do not include the installation and commissioning of the equipment. All prices are without accessories.

Packaging shall be standard packaging. Any special packaging or delivery system expressly requested by the customer shall be at the customer's expense.

Goods always travel at the buyer's risk. We strongly recommend that you check the condition of the goods within the stipulated time, otherwise Coreco S.A. declines all responsibility to the purchaser. Claims for damage or deterioration of the goods caused during transport will not be accepted, under any circumstances, if they are not accompanied by proof of the claim made by the buyer to the transport agency, within the maximum legal period of 24 hours after receipt of the goods.

No return of material will be accepted without the express written consent of Coreco S.A.

In the case of acceptance of a return of material, all costs incurred, including postage, shall be borne by the customer.

The materials shall be paid for according to the condition of the goods, Coreco S.A. reserves the right to stipulate the final price of the payment.

Coreco S.A. shall only be liable for manufacturing defects, excluding the incorrect handling or use of the material by the customer or user. The guarantee will be that established in accordance with current law. All material sent under guarantee will be invoiced and the corresponding payment will be made once the defective parts have been sent and checked by Coreco S.A.

Until credit has been granted to a customer, all transactions shall be paid in advance. If invoices are not paid on the agreed due dates, the customer shall bear the costs of reimbursement and/or late payment.

All spare parts will be sent carriage forward.

The goods remain the property of Coreco S.A. until full payment has been made by the customer.

In this case, the courts of Lucena (Córdoba) shall have jurisdiction.
