The ARC-2P Artisan Cabinet is a refrigerated cabinet for tray trolleys: the whole trolley goes in and the product is stored without unloading. It suits large-scale artisan bakeries, high-output patisseries and central kitchens.
What the ARC-2P Artisan Cabinet offers
The ARC-2P measures 1940 × 1045 × 2450 mm (width, depth and height), has an operating range of -2°C +8°C and a cooling capacity of 1710 W. It also uses R290 refrigerant and is rated climate class 5 40°C 40%.
A digital control keeps the temperature stable and the defrost water evaporates automatically. The floor and door are designed for wheeling the trolley in.
Construction and materials
A few construction details are worth knowing. First, it incorporates 80 mm perimeter insulation. It also has a state-of-the-art digital control with real-time monitoring, early detection of incidents, fewer breakdowns and simplified maintenance and operation via an app on a smartphone or tablet. It further includes an AISI-304 stainless steel exterior and interior. Finally, it features doors with a self-closing system and magnetic gasket (the door stays open beyond 90° of opening). All of this is designed for daily professional use and easy cleaning.
Typical applications
Typical uses include holding trolleys between production and baking, freezing dough on trolleys and storing finished products. In all these cases the unit serves a dual purpose: keeping the product in controlled conditions and displaying it or keeping it accessible where it is used.
Installation and maintenance of the ARC-2P Artisan Cabinet
Simple installation: level the unit, leave room for ventilation and connect it. After that, clean the interior and the condenser. Location affects performance: avoid nearby heat sources and allow air to circulate through the condenser. Preventive maintenance (cleaning the condenser, checking the gaskets and the defrost system) prevents breakdowns and keeps consumption at catalogue values.
How to choose the right cabinet
Before deciding, check the format of your trolleys and how many you need to store; the version and capacity are chosen on that basis. In the tabs on this page you will also find the full technical specifications, the options and the downloadable documentation for the ARC-2P.
Why a Coreco Gourmet unit
Behind every Coreco Gourmet unit is a Spanish manufacturer with experience in commercial refrigeration, its own technical service and spare parts. The use of R290 refrigerant and efficient digital controls reduces consumption and makes regulatory compliance easier.
