Terms of Sale

ORDERS

Orders must be submitted in writing (letter, fax or e-mail). They must include the references for each product, as indicated in the current tariff.

It is reserved to accept orders from customers who have breached previous contracts. The particular conditions quoted in the customer's order will be null and void if they do not comply with these general conditions of sale or are accepted explicitly.

PRICES

The prices listed in this list are for retail sale (recommended) and are in Euros. These prices do not include installation or commissioning of the equipment. All prices are without accessories.

TRANSPORT AND GATEWAYS

The packaging will be standard. Any special packaging or shipping system that is expressly required by the customer will be at the expense of the customer.

The goods always travel at the buyer’s own risk and expense. We strongly recommend that you check the condition of the goods within the established timeframe, as otherwise Coreco S.A. disclaims all liability to the buyer. Any claim for damage or deterioration of the goods caused during transport will not be accepted, under any circumstances, unless accompanied by a proof of claim submitted by the buyer to the transport agency within the maximum legal timeframe of 24 hours after receipt of the goods.

RETURNS OF MATERIAL

No return of the material will be accepted without the express and written consent of Coreco S.A.

In the case of accepting a return of material, all costs incurred, including shipping, will be borne by the customer.

The materials will be paid according to the conditions of the state of the goods, Coreco S.A. reserving the right to stipulate the final price of the payment.

GUARANTEE

Coreco S.A. will be solely responsible for manufacturing defects, excluding any manipulation or incorrect use of the material by the customer or user. The warranty will be the one established according to current law. All material submitted under warranty will be invoiced and the corresponding payment will be made once the defective parts have been sent and verified by Coreco S.A.

PAYMENT TERMS

Until the credit is granted to a client, all operations will be paid in advance. If the payment of the invoices is not made within the agreed deadlines, the client will be responsible for the return costs and/or late fees.

REPLACEMENT SHIPPING

All spare parts will be shipped at the appropriate cost.

DOMAIN RESERVATION

The merchandise is the property and domain of Coreco S.A. until the total payment of the same by the customer.

Dispute

In this case, the Courts of Lucena (Córdoba) will have jurisdiction.

INFORMATION

Coreco S.A. reserves the right to introduce, without prior notice, the modifications it deems necessary, without this affecting the main characteristics of the products.
