The CEFIW-1R Professional Wine Display Cabinet is a refrigerated wine display cabinet designed to showcase and store bottles at serving temperature in a compact format. It is intended for bars, restaurants, hotels and shops that want to display chilled wine in a small space.

What the CEFIW-1R Professional Wine Display Cabinet offers

The CEFIW-1R measures 642 × 805 × 2131 mm (length, depth and height), has an operating range of +4 +18°C and a volume of 461 litres. It also holds 90 bottles and offers a cooling capacity of 555 W with R290 refrigerant.

A digital control manages the temperature with low consumption and the interior is designed to arrange the bottles visibly and neatly.

Construction and materials

Four details stand out in its construction. First, it features frameless hinged doors and a full glass front with minimal black RAL 9005 screen printing, a self-closing system and magnetic gasket (the door stays open once opened beyond 90°). In addition, it has an anti-vibration system. It also offers a low noise level. Finally, it has 3 shelf levels with solid pine wood fronts. These solutions are built to last in a demanding working environment.

Installation and maintenance of the CEFIW-1R Professional Wine Display Cabinet

It plugs into a standard socket and requires ventilation around the condenser. Maintenance: cleaning of the condenser, glass and shelves. For optimum performance, install the unit away from ovens and windows exposed to direct sunlight, respect the ventilation clearances and schedule condenser cleaning every three or four months; this is the maintenance task with the greatest impact on energy consumption.

It includes high-end wine cabinets (such as the LUX series) and vertical refrigerated display cabinets (with front or pass-through double-sided doors). They operate in temperature ranges from +2°C to +18°C or +5°C to +18°C.
