The Artisan ACC-2P Cabinet is designed for artisan workshops that work with trolleys: chilling or freezing a full trolley of trays. It suits large-scale artisan bakeries, high-output pastry shops and central kitchens.

What the Artisan ACC-2P Cabinet offers

The ACC-2P measures 1940 × 1045 × 2450 mm (length, depth and height), has an operating range of -20°C -10°C and a cooling capacity of 1814 W. It also uses R290 refrigerant and has climate class 5 40°C 40%.

The temperature is set via a digital controller; the interior is sized for tray trolleys and the wide-opening door makes loading easy.

Construction and materials

Four details stand out in its construction. First, it incorporates a raisable control panel. It also features a forced-draught evaporator with anti-corrosion epoxy coating. It further includes a forced-draught fan stop when the door is opened. Finally, it has automatic evaporation of defrost water. These solutions are built to last in a demanding working environment.

Typical applications

It allows production to be moved on the trolley without unloading trays, under controlled refrigeration. These uses are not mutually exclusive: many businesses combine storage and display in the same unit, making the most of the exterior finish and interior lighting.

Installation and maintenance of the Artisan ACC-2P Cabinet

It is installed on a level floor, with a power socket and ventilation for the condenser. Maintenance: cleaning the interior and the roll-in floor, and checking the condenser. For optimal operation, install the unit away from ovens and windows with direct sunlight, observe the ventilation clearances and schedule condenser cleaning every three or four months; this is the maintenance task that has the greatest impact on consumption.

How to choose the right cabinet

The choice depends on the number of trolleys per shift, the format (GN, 60x40, 60x80) and the temperature range. In the tabs on this page you will also find the full technical specifications, the options and the downloadable documentation for the ACC-2P.

Why a Coreco Gourmet unit
