The AIC-750 Artisan Cabinet is a pass-through pastry cabinet: doors on both sides for loading from the workshop and serving from the shop. It suits premises where the workshop is right next to the shop and handling needs to be reduced.

What the AIC-750 Artisan Cabinet offers

The AIC-750 measures 680 × 853 × 2130 mm (width, depth and height), has an operating range of -25°C -10°C and a volume of 565 litres. It also offers a capacity of 36, 6 shelves and 6 pairs of runners. In addition, it has a cooling capacity of 700 W, uses R290 refrigerant and is rated climate class 4 30°C 55%.

The digital controller regulates the temperature; the interior has tray runners accessible from both sides, and the ventilated refrigeration unit maintains even cooling.

Construction and materials

These are its most relevant construction features. First, it incorporates injected polyurethane, density 40 Kg/m³, with zero ODP and GWP effects. It also has 75 mm perimeter insulation. It further includes a state-of-the-art digital control with real-time monitoring, early detection of incidents, fewer breakdowns and simplified maintenance and operation via an app on a smartphone or tablet. Finally, it features 530x650 grids (AIC-750). These are details you notice day to day: fewer breakdowns, faster cleaning and better product preservation.

Typical applications

Typical uses include connecting the workshop and the shop in patisseries and holding finished products within reach of the sales area.

Options and configuration

The available options also include a 600x400 grid, a 600x800 grid, a 530x650 grid, a set of 4 castors, a stainless steel back, 230V 60Hz / 115V 60Hz and a door-opening pedal.

Installation and maintenance of the AIC-750 Artisan Cabinet

It requires planning the opening between the two areas, a power socket and ventilation. Maintenance is limited to periodic cleaning. As a general rule, leave a few centimetres of clearance around the condenser area, avoid direct exposure to sunlight or heat sources and do not obstruct the ventilation grilles. An annual check by the technical service extends the service life of the unit.

How to choose the right cabinet

To choose, consider the number of trays, the format and the space available between the workshop and the shop. In the tabs on this page you will also find the full technical specifications, the options and the downloadable documentation for the AIC-750.
