With the Artisan MCP-200 Refrigerated Counter, the workshop gains a refrigerated work surface and tray storage within easy reach. It is used by pastry shops and bakeries with their own workshop, confectioners, ice-cream parlours and kitchens that prepare doughs and fillings.
What the Artisan MCP-200 Refrigerated Counter offers
The MCP-200 measures 2020 × 800 × 850 mm (length, depth and height), has an operating range of -20°C -15°C and a volume of 562 litres. It also has 0 shelves, 14 pairs of runners and a cooling capacity of 606 W. It uses R290 refrigerant and is climate class 4 30°C 55%.
The temperature is set from a digital control; the lower cabinet has runners for trays and the ventilated unit ensures even cooling. Freezer models operate at negative temperatures.
Construction and materials
There are a few manufacturing details worth knowing. First, it features a pressed stainless steel inner door. It also has an AISI-304 stainless steel worktop with a straight front (optional upstand). In addition, it includes height-adjustable stainless steel tube legs, 135 - 210 mm. Finally, it has a ventilated, removable condensing unit. All of this is designed for daily professional use and easy cleaning.
Typical applications
Typical uses include preparing doughs and fillings on a chilled surface, holding trays between production stages and, on display models, selling refrigerated products.
Options and configuration
It can also be configured with an additional grid shelf, 60x40 grid shelf, additional set of 60x40 runners, stainless steel door lock, glass door lock, left-hand motor, worktop with upstand, set of 4 castors, set of 6 castors, tropicalised 43°C, 230V 60Hz / 115V 60Hz, stainless steel back, granite worktop, white exterior and HACCP.
Installation and maintenance of the Artisan MCP-200 Refrigerated Counter
It only requires a power socket, levelling and ventilation space. Maintenance consists of periodically cleaning the interior, runners and condenser. Location affects performance: avoid nearby heat sources and allow air to circulate through the condenser. Preventive maintenance (cleaning the condenser, checking the gaskets and the defrost) prevents breakdowns and keeps consumption in line with catalogue values.
How to choose the right counter
The choice depends on tray capacity, the temperature range (positive or negative), the space in the workshop and whether a display version is required. In addition, the tabs on this page contain the full technical specifications, options and downloadable documentation for the MCP-200.
